My first trip to The Sandhills of North Carolina was in the early 90’s, while I was riding and competing event horses.  Life was very different back then, but my love of the warmer climate, majestic pine trees and sandy soil still remains the same.  I relocated to the area permanently in 1995, leaving behind the cold winters of Northeastern Ohio.  My competing days eventually slowed down, and soon thereafter my priorities with the horses changed.  I still have horses today and help to manage my family’s horse farm in Southern Pines; however, I seldom have time to ride.

In 2004, I obtained my Associate of Science Degree in Chemistry from Sandhills Community College, followed by my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2006 from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and then my NC Real Estate License in 2008.  My professional background spans a few different industries, with the common theme of sales and customer service.  Before deciding to sell real estate, I had sold horses, fine jewelry, molecular biology laboratory supplies, facial products and aesthetic services, as well as print and digital advertising.  In sales, I realized that it did not matter so much ‘what’ you were selling, as long as you knew your product well, you were connecting with your customer, providing them with the best possible sales experience, while ultimately giving them what they wanted.  This level of customer service translated nicely into real estate.

My real estate career in The Sandhills is always interesting!  Over the past 10+ years, I have been fortunate enough to sell properties in Moore, Hoke, Harnett and Lee Counties.  Each county is a little different, and each town is very unique.  Depending on your needs, we might focus your home or land search to a water front community in West End/Seven Lakes, a golf course or gated community around Pinehurst, a home within walking distance to downtown shops/restaurants/parks, or maybe an equestrian property in Horse Country, either Vass or Southern Pines.  The choice is really up to you, and as your NC Realty Expert, I have the knowledge and experience necessary to find you the perfect property.  Should you decide to sell your home or farm, this same expertise comes in handy with pricing your property to get you the most money, in the shortest amount of time.

When you are ready to buy or sell, choose an agent who puts you first, someone who provides excellent communication and is a real expert in the field.  I pride myself on offering superior personal service before, during and after your transaction.  Knowledge, commitment, honesty, expertise and professionalism are the cornerstone of my business.  Let me earn your trust, your business and most importantly your friendship.  I look forward to working with you!
